Angola is a country filled with lively culture, beaches, nightlife, and beautiful landscapes. What most people don’t realize is the course has a couple of golf courses that are worth visiting. They are virtually unknown to the golf world, due to the fact there is essentially no information at all about them on the web. If you are traveling during the hot summer months, the beaches, the bars and the clubs will be packed. You will see more tourists during this time, than any other time of the year. The best time to travel to Angola for a golf trip would be between January and February when the temperatures are moderate and the rainfall is least at this time of year.
Luanda Golf Course
There is 18 hole golf course located about 15 km south from Luanda. Club house is very simple and is normally open only during weekends. Green fee is 2000 Kz and caddy fee 1500 Kz.

Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
